Stuart McBride

Stuart McBride is a qualified APA physiotherapist with a Master of Physiotherapist and Bachelor of Exercise Science from Griffith University here on the Gold Coast.

Stuart has recently returned to Australia after working for 3 years in the Physiotherapy department of the Qatar Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Hospital. This hospital is a FIFA recognised Centre of Excellence and specialises in treating high profile national and international athletes. Stuart spent his time treating a wide range of sportspersons including football, soccer, basketball, tennis and has a special interest in active functional/sports specific rehabilitation.

Stuart has expanded his knowledge within Physiotherapy and is able to use dry needling and kinesiology taping to assist his management programs. He is also trained in pilates core stability exercise programs and understands the importance of continuing education and enjoys the challenge of improving his skills.

Stuart’s passion for sport and sports injury rehabilitation is demonstrated by his own sporting acheivements and participation. He has played cricket at a state level and is a current representative player for the Gold Coast Dolphins. He also plays 1st Division soccer and regularly participates in golf, tennis, running and gym.
